PRODUCT THINKING
Discipline without turning life into another dashboard.
EVOLVE was built around a simple product decision: the user should be able to act, plan, reflect and reset without jumping between unrelated apps. The interface therefore uses four primary destinations—Today, Plan, Reflect and More—with secondary tools intentionally kept out of the main navigation.
Routines, tasks and calendar share one planning model.
The same commitments can be understood by rhythm, list or date instead of becoming disconnected planning silos.
Check-ins stay lightweight; deeper writing stays private.
Mood, influences, gratitude and day rating are separated from the PIN-protected private journal.

A calm command centre
The Today experience combines progress, next-up routines, quick actions, a chronological timeline and day-part completion without forcing every feature onto the first screen.
02 · PLAN / ROUTINES
Build a rhythm, not an endless checklist
Routines are grouped into Morning, Afternoon and Evening. Each group shows completion state and keeps repetitive habits visually separate from one-off tasks.
03 · PLAN / TASKS
Separate commitments by intent
Tasks can be viewed as Today, Upcoming, Someday or Completed. The empty state is deliberate: the app does not reward filling a list for the sake of activity.

See the week without making planning a second job
The calendar provides a date-oriented view of routines and commitments while retaining the same visual language as the rest of Plan.
05 · REFLECT
Turn daily feeling into usable context
The check-in combines mood, influencing factors, a day rating, gratitude and an optional written reflection so weekly patterns have context rather than just numbers.
06 · PRIVATE JOURNAL
Keep deeper thoughts behind a separate privacy boundary
The private journal is protected with a diary PIN and is presented as a distinct mode from the lightweight daily check-in. The product explicitly warns that encrypted entries depend on the diary key.

Keep secondary tools secondary
Notes, Goals, Focus, Insights, Take a break and Settings live in More so the four-tab navigation remains fast and predictable.
08 · TAKE A BREAK
Use free time on purpose
The reset area offers breathing, a mindful pause and 2048 as intentional short breaks, keeping recreation bounded instead of turning it into another endless feed.
TECHNOLOGY
One Flutter codebase, backed by cloud identity and data.
The application was structured for Android, iOS and Windows using Flutter and Dart. Supabase provides email authentication and PostgreSQL-backed cloud data/synchronisation, while the app layer handles device notifications, responsive navigation and the private-diary PIN experience.
