INTERNSHIPS

Real project exposure should be more valuable than a certificate.

TriadCode internships are designed around selection, onboarding, bounded project work, review and evidence of contribution. Availability depends on real project and supervision capacity.

THE PROCESS

From application to contribution.

Selection follows a structured review process, with project fit, learning readiness and available supervision considered before onboarding.

01

Application

Profile, skills, portfolio/GitHub and current learning level.

02

Profile review

We check fit against active or upcoming project needs.

03

Basic assessment

A small practical task or discussion may be used where appropriate.

04

Interview / discussion

We evaluate communication, learning ability and realistic expectations.

05

Onboarding

Selected candidates receive project context, tools, workflow and standards.

06

Project assignment

Work is divided into bounded, reviewable tasks with clear ownership.

07

Review & feedback

Contributions are reviewed for quality, communication and reliability.

08

Completion

Evidence of contribution is documented; strong contributors may enter the talent pool.

POTENTIAL STREAMS

Internship areas follow the work we actually have.

We may open streams across web, Flutter, backend, UI/UX, QA, cybersecurity learning or operations when there is enough meaningful work to support them.

INTERNSHIP FAQ

Clear expectations before you apply.

The programme is designed around clear expectations, meaningful contribution and documented learning.

Is an internship guaranteed after applying?

No. Applications are reviewed against available projects, current skills and supervision capacity.

Does internship completion guarantee a job?

No. Strong contributors may enter the talent pool or be considered for future roles when genuine business demand exists.

Are internships paid?

Compensation, where applicable, is stated clearly in the individual opportunity before selection.

Will I receive a certificate?

Completion documentation reflects actual participation and contribution, alongside the project evidence created during the programme.

AFTER YOU APPLY

Follow your application journey.

Every application receives a TC-APP identity for the Candidate Portal. Selected people are later onboarded with a permanent TC-INT, TC-EMP or project-contributor identity for TriadCode Workspace.

QUALITY OVER VOLUME

Small cohorts. Meaningful work.

We keep internship participation tied to available project work, mentorship and review capacity so each contributor has a clear learning and delivery context.
