HOW WE WORK

Projects need structure before they need more people.

Our delivery model separates discovery, build, review and release so both clients and contributors understand what good work looks like.

01

Discovery

Understand the problem, users, constraints, business goal and what success should mean.

02

Scope

Break requirements into deliverables, risks, milestones and what is deliberately out of scope.

03

Design & architecture

Define user flows, data model, interface direction and the technical structure before uncontrolled building.

04

Development

Build in reviewable increments using version control, documented tasks and clear ownership.

05

QA & client review

Test functionality, responsiveness, accessibility, performance and agreed acceptance criteria.

06

Release & support

Deploy carefully, document what was delivered and define the next maintenance or improvement cycle.

WHERE INTERNS FIT

Interns support delivery; they do not replace accountable engineering.

Early-talent contributors should receive bounded tasks that match their current level. Core architecture, security-sensitive decisions and final release accountability remain with the responsible project leads.

Good intern work

Defined UI components, test cases, documentation, supervised features, research tasks and small backend/frontend units.

Not unsupervised intern work

Production credentials, critical security decisions, vague client ownership or entire projects without review.
